Our 10000 square meter factory fully equipped with the latest machinery and technology in the concrete industry, the whole area fully paved with concrete slabs and covered to protect against eather changes.

KPC Ready Mix factory is strategically located in Suleibiah – Kabad St. to better serve our clients.

KPC factory equipped with four fully computerized LIEBHERR mixing units (made in Germany) and one fully computerized O-CUOGHI mixing unit (made in Italy); our state of the art batching plants capable of delivering 500 cubic meters per hour; and able to mix WET concrete enabling us to service the needs of our clients for their different size projects, in addition we equipped our factory with new wheel-loader for fast and swift loading capability.

• 1 Concrete Pumping unit equipped with 52 meter boom (long reach) (NEW MERCEDES truck with SCHWING pumping system).
• 1 Concrete Pumping unit equipped with 52 meter boom (long reach) (NEW MERCEDES truck with PUTZMEISTER pumping system).
• 1 Concrete Pumping unit equipped with 56 meter boom (long reach) (NEW MERCEDES truck with PUTZMEISTER pumping system).
• 2 Concrete Pumping unit equipped with 49 meter boom (long reach) (NEW MERCEDES truck with PUTZMEISTER pumping system).
• 1 Stationary SCHWING pump capable of delivering concrete up to 60 stories building (200 meter vertical delivery reach system).
• 2 Stationary PUTZMEISTER pump capable of delivering concrete up to 70 stories building (230 meter vertical delivery reach system)
• Fully manned and equipped garage to service our delivery fleet around the hour.

We equipped our KPC factory with latest water chilling plant working around the clock to deliver (0.5 C to 1 C) chilled water; in addition to a 600 cubic meters water reservoir always ready to supply clean drinkable water.

We equipped our factory with four ice plant units, for certain cpncrete mixtures and for better quality of concrete during hot weather seasons depending on customer’s request.

KPC management monitors produced concrete quality on daily basis; our laboratory is manned with highly experienced quality control Engineers and equipped with latest concrete industry quality testing equipment to insure strict quality control. All concrete samples (cubes) are tested with strict controlled lab environment.
