Kuwait Portland Cement Company (K.S.C) was established on the 7th of July 1976. It was listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange Market on the first of April 1995.
The company works in trading through the import and export of different kinds of bulk cement and packaging it. Also works in establishing, operating, management, renting to other parties and renting warehouses and silos for the supply and distribution of cement of different kinds, and appropriating the necessary transportation. Also, trading in construction materials, utilization of available financial surpluses in the company by investing in financial portfolios managed by specialized agencies and companies, Manufacturing and marketing of prefabricated concrete , Purchase and import of materials,machinery and means of transport for the purposes of the company , own movables and private properties for the purposes of the company , import of sale and steel , owning equipment , transportation and its own crushers , trading of sand and acquisition of equipment and means of transport.
Commercial Registration
The company was registered in the Kuwait Commercial Registry on the 7th of July 1976, according to the Amiri Statement number 1 financial for the year 1959 and its implementing regulations.
